One person was killed and three others were injured in a crash caused by 53-year-old Michael Armstrong. Michael was driving an SUV the wrong way on Highway 4 when it struck a sedan that then was struck by another vehicle and a tanker truck. Armstrong fled the scene after the crash but was later apprehended.
