53-Year-Old Kevin Owens Killed In Leesburg, GA Accident

Collision was Wednesday on U.S. Highway 19 south

This is breaking news desk and I’m Stephanie Taylor we had breaking news of a tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, December 16 at around 6:30 PM in Leesburg Georgia. 53-year-old Kevin Owens tragically lost his life in a four vehicle collision on US 19 in the 1300 block near Chick-fil-A. Investigator said a Chevy Tahoe driven by 41-year-old Kenneth Williams was northbound on Georgia State Route three when he lost control on the wet road after attempting to pass another vehicle. The Tahoe spun into the southbound lanes of traffic and collided with the front of Mr. Owens Nissan Sentra. The Tahoe also collided with a Toyota Corolla. Sadly Mr. Owens died as a result of the collision. Three others reportedly suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were hospitalized. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
