52-Year-Old Elizabeth Hamada Injured In Wood, OH Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on July 17 in Wood, Ohio. 52-year-old Elizabeth Hamada suffered serious injuries on U.S. Highway 6 when a Freightliner hauling a trailer full of lime rear ended the victims Subaru that slowed to make a left turn onto Van Tassel Road. The impact pushed Hamada's Subaru across the center lane into oncoming traffic, where the Subaru was again hit by a 2010 Hyundai Tucson. All the drivers, including Hamada, had to be freed from their vehicles by mechanical means. Hamada was transported to Mercy Health – St. Vincent Medical Center.
