Around 5:30 p.m., a 42-year-old intoxicated woman drove over the center line on 152nd Street East, hitting Smith’s motorcycle head-on and clipping another rider. Smith died at the scene. The second biker was ejected and injured, with condition unknown. The driver was arrested for suspicion of vehicular homicide. The investigation is ongoing.
