A tragic accident occurred on March 20 in Lubbock, Texas, when 51-year-old Shawn Bowen was killed after being struck by a vehicle near Elgin Avenue. Bowen was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have identified a suspect, but no arrests have been made. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
