Tragic accident that occurred on March 16 in Winona, Minnesota. 51-year-old Lisa Louise Hamilton Clark was hurt after being hit by a Chrysler 300 in a crosswalk on State Highway 43 at Frontenac Drive. Clark was transported to Winona Health hospital with unspecified injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
