51-Year-Old Leonard Joseph Davison Killed in Encinitas, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on August 9 in Encinitas, California, when 51-year-old Leonard Joseph Davison was involved in a two-vehicle collision near La Costa Avenue and Piraeus Street. Davison, driving a Nissan pickup truck, collided with a Subaru crossover around 5:20 a.m. He later died from his injuries at a local hospital. The Subaru’s driver, an Oceanside man, was unhurt and arrested on suspicion of DUI and vehicular manslaughter. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
