A tragic accident occurred on September 15 in Toluca Lake, California, when 51-year-old David Smith was killed in a multi-vehicle crash. The accident happened around 12:11 a.m. on the westbound Ventura Freeway near Cahuenga Boulevard. Two SUVs were involved, and Smith was found lying in a middle lane. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Several lanes were closed for investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
