50-Year-Old Shannon Alvarez Killed In Norwalk, CA Accident

Mother, and daughter struck at Foster and Studebaker Roads

Tragic accident that occurred on January 2nd in Norwalk, California. 50-year-old Shannon Alvarez, and her 13-year-old daughter, were both tragically killed in an accident with a driver under the influence at Foster and Studebaker roads. The mother and daughter were traveling in a Chevy Camaro that was struck by a Dodge Charger that allegedly sped through a red light. The victims were both rushed to the hospital, where they tragically later died. The driver of the Charger, an unidentified woman, has been arrested in connection with the accident. Investigators believe alcohol and drugs played a factor in the deadly crash and are waiting for the suspect’s toxicology report to return.
