50-Year-Old Phillip Dean Killed in Odessa, TX Accident

Pedestrian struck while crossing South Highway 385

A tragic accident occurred on March 18 in Odessa, Texas, when 50-year-old Phillip Dean was killed after being struck by a northbound Chevrolet truck while crossing South Highway 385. The collision happened at about 9 p.m. Dean was pronounced dead from his injuries. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
