50-Year-Old Lynette Alling Injured In Del Norte, CA Accident

The accident remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday March 17th at around 5:30 a.m. in Del Norte, California. 50-year-old Lynette Lorraine Alling was injured in a head on collision on California State Route 197. According to officers, an Acura Sedan, driven by 25-year-old Jonathan Dillon-Ward, was traveling south when it crossed the centerline and collided with Ms. Alling's northbound GMC pickup truck. Ms. Alling was transported to Sutter Coast Hospital for treatment of injuries. The accident remains under investigation by The California Highway Patrol.
