50-Year-Old Juan Morales Killed In Turlock, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

 Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, May 3 at around 12:37 AM in Turlock, California. 50-year-old Juan Morales was tragically killed when his bicycle was struck by a hit and run driver on Lander Avenue. Morales was rushed to an area hospital where he tragically passed away. Witnesses followed the suspected truck, attempting to get the driver to pull over. The truck driver eventually crashed along Crows Landing Road and fled on foot. The driver was determined to be 22-year-old Javier Castellon-Gonzalez and was booked into Stanislaus County Jail. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
