A tragic accident occurred on January 4 in Harlingen, Texas, when 50-year-old Guadalupe Enrique Villarreal Jr. was struck by a vehicle in the 1300 block of North U.S. Business 77. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died. The driver is cooperating with authorities. Police continue investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
