A tragic accident occurred on August 13 in Longview, Texas, when a juvenile was struck by a vehicle while walking to school in the 500 block of Buchanan Avenue around 7:34 a.m. The driver fled, but police later identified and arrested 49-year-old Susana Granado. She faces charges of failure to stop at the scene of a collision causing bodily injury. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
