Tragic accident that occurred on September 25 in Lacey, Washington. 49-year-old Mark Hembree suffered injuries after being hit by an alleged distracted driver at the intersection of Pacific Avenue Southeast and College Street. Following the crash, Hembree was transported to a hospital with serious injuries. An investigation was underway into the possible cause that led to the tragic incident.
