Arrest follows July 2 motorcycle crash

A tragic accident on July 2 in Anacortes, Washington, resulted in the death of a 48-year-old motorcyclist after being struck in the 1700 block of Q Avenue. Investigators have arrested 49-year-old Josue Manuel Flores, the driver involved in the collision. He faces charges of vehicular manslaughter following the crash. The victim died at the scene.
