49-Year-Old James Lee III Killed In Chili, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on July 15th in Chili, New York.  49-year-old James Lee III lost his life when a Pontiac Vibe traveling westbound entered the intersection and collided with the victim's motorcycle on Union Street. Lee was fatally injured and sadly declared deceased at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the incident and have not announced whether charges are expected.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
