49-Year-Old Dwayne Faughn Killed In Humboldt, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on January 24th in Humboldt, California. 49-year-old Dwayne Faughn was tragically killed when his Lexus collided with a northbound Jeep on State Route 255. Both vehicles came to a rest in the roadway and were then struck by another southbound vehicle. It was not immediately clear what caused the head-on crash and the California Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
