48-Year-Old Larry Castillo Killed in San Antonio, TX Accident

Struck while crossing Ingram Road

A tragic accident occurred on September 6 in San Antonio, Texas, when 48-year-old Larry Castillo was fatally struck by a silver 2024 Toyota Corolla. The collision happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 6000 block of Ingram Road on the city’s Northwest Side. Castillo was transported to a hospital but later died from his injuries. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
