Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, September 8 at around 7 AM in Bakersfield, California. 48-year-old Ivonne Lizbeth Vivas was tragically killed when she was struck by a vehicle in the 11600 block of Reina Road. The vehicle that struck the victim was driven by 17-year-old girl, but her identity has not yet been released.
