A tragic accident occurred on May 18 in Long Beach, California, when 47-year-old Elias Rivera Jr. was fatally struck by two vehicles while crossing Pacific Coast Highway near Santa Fe Avenue around 9 p.m. Both drivers, from Wilmington and Long Beach, remained at the scene.
