47-Year-Old Juan Quiroz Killed in Plano, TX Accident

Tractor-trailer fled after unsafe lane change

A tragic accident occurred on October 21 in Plano, Texas, when 47-year-old Juan Quiroz of Dallas was killed in a hit-and-run crash. Around 6:30 a.m., an 18-wheeler made an unsafe lane change on the northbound tollway near Spring Creek Parkway, striking Quiroz’s Honda Civic. His car hit a concrete wall and overturned. The truck driver fled the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
