46-year-old Samuel Jones Lookadoo Killed in Martin County, TX Accident

Dies in head-on collision on State Highway 349 near County Road 4800

A tragic accident occurred on March 9 in Martin County, Texas, when 46-year-old Samuel Jones Lookadoo of Lubbock was killed in a head-on collision on State Highway 349 near County Road 4800. Lookadoo’s Mercedes collided with a southbound Cadillac SRX driven by a 21-year-old Lubbock resident who veered onto the northbound lane. Lookadoo was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
