46-Year-Old Tony Hicks Killed in Connell, WA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on March 12 near Connell, Washington, when 46-year-old Tony Hicks of Everett was struck and killed while in the northbound lanes of U.S. Route 395 around 6:18 a.m. Authorities said Hicks had exited his southbound vehicle before being hit by an oncoming car. He was pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
