Pickup trucks burst into flames after Highway 281 collision

A tragic accident occurred on April 23 in San Antonio, Texas, when 46-year-old Rafael Carlos was killed in a collision involving two pickup trucks on U.S. Highway 281. Authorities said a Chevrolet towing a Dodge Ram lost control and crashed into a barrier, causing both vehicles to catch fire. The driver of the Chevrolet was arrested on intoxication manslaughter charges. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
