45-Year-Old Rodolfo Flores Charged in Spokane, WA Accident

Child Injured at South Walnut Street

A tragic accident occurred on November 19 in Spokane, Washington, when 45-year-old Rodolfo Flores allegedly ran a red light and T-boned another vehicle downtown. The impacted car veered off the road and struck a child at South Walnut Street and 2nd Avenue. The child suffered fractured ribs and spleen injuries and was treated at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. Flores was charged with vehicular assault and DUI.
