45-Year-Old Matthew Hall Arrested After Spokane, WA Accident

Impaired driver injures two juveniles

A tragic accident occurred on November 22 north of Spokane, Washington, when 45-year-old Matthew Hall, driving a Honda, struck a Subaru Legacy at West Russell Lane and U.S. Highway 395. The collision pushed the Subaru into oncoming traffic, injuring two 17-year-olds, one of them the juvenile victim. Hall attempted to flee but was later arrested. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the injured juvenile.
