A tragic accident occurred on March 13 in Parmer County, Texas, when 45-year-old Juan Cucul was killed in a head-on collision. A suspected drunk driver crossed into his lane and struck his vehicle. Cucul was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other driver sustained injuries. Authorities continue investigating the crash.
