To the family of Carl Budinski, My acquaintance with Carl was short lived, as I met him through my estranged wife, from whom I've been separated since we were married in 2011. I am unsure if the perpetrator (s) have been apprehended as of tonight, 12/22/2022. Though our encounter as friends was ephemeral and, in the interest of honesty, actually ended in an incendiary fashion, (no pun intended, as, incidentally, Carl nearly blew up my home in an attempt to fix a main breaker issue). Nonetheless, he was a unique and colorful guy. I want justice for him, and I believe I may have some information that could be of use to law enforcement, though, inexplicably, I have submitted two reports online to the Sheriff's department here in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and no one has contacted me. I'm still available. Let's get justice for a man who may have known who it was who struck him on that road. I have my own short list. Contact me for detailed information.
