45-Year-Old Billie Koss Injured in Lubbock, TX Accident

A tragic accident occurred on November 1 in Lubbock, TX, when 45-year-old Billie Koss was riding her bicycle east on 82nd Street and was struck by a white passenger car that fled the scene. The vehicle is believed to be an early-2010s Hyundai Sonata. Koss was taken to University Medical Center with serious injuries. Anyone with information may contact Crime Line at (806) 741-1000.
