44-Year-Old Milton Ochoa Cifuentes Killed in Plano, TX Accident

Struck while crossing E. Parker Road

A tragic accident occurred on September 13 in Plano, Texas, when 44-year-old Milton Ochoa Cifuentes was struck by a white Lexus SUV while walking north across E. Parker Road near North Avenue around 8:45 p.m. He was transported to a local hospital, where he sadly died from his injuries. Authorities said alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
