A tragic accident occurred on March 11 in El Paso, Texas, when 43-year-old Norma Garcia was severely injured while driving on westbound Interstate 10 near Lee Trevino Drive around 2:47 p.m. Authorities said a metal rod went through the windshield of her SUV, striking her.
