43-Year-Old Dail Hover Arrested in Visalia, CA Accident

Driver Accused of Striking Pedestrian on Noble Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on June 11 in Visalia, California. Around 4 a.m., 43-year-old Dail Hover allegedly struck a male pedestrian near Noble Avenue and Vista Street and fled the scene. The unidentified victim was taken to Kaweah Health, where he later died. Hover was located and arrested on charges of vehicular manslaughter and felony hit-and-run. The Visalia Police Department’s Traffic Unit is continuing its investigation.
