42-year-old Carlos Guerra Arrested in San Antonio, TX Accident

Wrong-way collision on Interstate 35

A tragic accident occurred on October 19 in San Antonio, Texas, when 42-year-old Carlos Guerra was arrested following a fatal wrong-way crash. Police reported that Guerra was driving a Chevrolet Silverado southbound in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 near St. Mary’s Street when it collided head-on with a Chevrolet Express van. A 50-year-old passenger in the van died at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
