Three-vehicle accident off Interstate 10 West claims victim’s life

A tragic accident occurred on February 26 in San Antonio, TX, when 42-year-old Patrick McPhaul was killed in a three-vehicle crash off Interstate 10 West near Camp Bullis Road around 10:21 a.m. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
