42-Year-Old Benjamin Szostak Killed In Talladega, AL Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, July 1st in Talladega, Alabama. 42-year-old Benjamin Szostak was tragically killed when he was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on Highway 77 near Speedway Boulevard. Sadly, Szostak was pronounced dead at the scene. Szostak was “full of life and energy” and recently engaged. He was a wonderful and beloved son, brother, and uncle, and devoted to his family. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the heartbroken family.
