Pedestrian struck by speeding vehicle on South Flores Street

A tragic accident occurred on November 23 in San Antonio, TX, when 41-year-old Robert Flores Jr. was struck by a speeding vehicle as he crossed South Flores Street near Mary Street at about 2 a.m. Flores was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police arrested the 21-year-old driver for intoxication manslaughter. The investigation remains ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
