41-Year-Old Ray Humphrey Injured In Jacksonville, FL Accident

Hit and run driver strikes pedestrian

Tragic accident that occurred on February 20th in Jacksonville, Florida. 41-year-old Ray Humphrey was seriously injured after being struck by a hit-and-run driver near the Gate Gas Station on Town Center Parkway. Humphrey suffered multiple fractures to his brain, a fractured elbow, and also fractured the third lumbar of his spine. Humphrey has undergone surgery for brain bleeding and to repair his arm. He is now recovering at Orange Park Medical Center. Sadly, Humphrey is homeless and does not have the funds to pay for his medical bills. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
