41-Year-Old Kandy Sexton Killed In Palestine, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, January 17 at around 9:30 PM in Palestine, Texas. 41-year-old Kandy Sexton was killed in a hit and run crash at the intersection of South Loop 256 and old Elkhart Road. The driver, 30-year-old Colby Gholston, fled the scene after striking the pedestrian. He was booked into Anderson County Jail on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter with a bond of $1 million.
