Tragic accident that occurred on November 6 in Yadkin, North Carolina. 41-year-old Christopher Eugene Phillips tragically was killed in a hit-and-run crash on U.S. 601. Phillips was walking south of Lone Hickory Road when he was hit by a southbound van that fled the scene. The Christopher suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
