39-Year-Old Perla Grimaldo Dies in San Antonio, TX Accident

Multi-vehicle incident on I-10 westbound

A tragic accident occurred on February 14 in San Antonio when 39-year-old Perla Grimaldo was fatally struck by a westbound vehicle on I-10. Grimaldo ran into oncoming traffic after attempting to flee the initial multi-vehicle crash. She was transported to a hospital, where she died from blunt-force injuries. San Antonio Police continue investigating the circumstances. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
