Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, July 29 at around 10 PM in Middletown, Ohio. 39-year-old Kelly McKinney was tragically killed in a hit and run crash on N. Verity Parkway. The victim was found lying in the middle of the roadway after having been struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
