39-Year-Old Justin Wilkerson Killed In Arlington, WA Accident

Drunk driving accident at 204th Street Northeast

Tragic accident that occurred on January 20th in Arlington, Washington. 39-year-old Justin Wilkerson was tragically killed after being struck by a drunk driver at the intersection of 204th Street Northeast and Highway 9. The victim was struck by an Enterprise rental car driven by 28-year-old Elliott Bagley. Wilkerson and another pedestrian, were both pronounced dead at the scene. A police officer who arrived at the accident observed that Bagley smelled of alcohol and his eyes appeared glassy. Bagley was arrested for investigation of two counts of vehicular homicide and driving under the influence. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
