39-Year-Old Ashley Amber Kelly Arrested in Parkland, WA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on July 4 in Parkland, Washington, when a 40-year-old woman was killed by a suspected impaired driver. Around 6:40 p.m., Ashley Amber Kelly lost control of her Hyundai Elantra near Pacific Avenue and 143rd Street South, striking a pole and then hitting the victim on the sidewalk. Kelly was arrested and later charged with vehicular homicide. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
