A tragic accident occurred on September 17 in Redlands, California, when 38-year-old Stephany Rose Allen was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash. The incident happened around 12:04 a.m. in the 800 block of Alabama Street when two speeding vehicles ran a red light, striking Allen. She died at the scene. Both drivers fled and remain at large.
