38-Year-Old Ronald Hughes Killed In Penngrove, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 29 in Penngrove, California. 38-year-old Ronald Hughes was killed in a crash involving a hit-and-run driver along northbound Petaluma Hill Road south of East Railroad Avenue. Sadly, Hughes died at the scene. An investigation into the accident remains underway. Anyone with information about the case was urged to call the CHP’s Golden Gate Communications Center at 707-641-8300. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
