37-Year-Old Sarah Shick Killed In Brooklyn, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on January 10 in Brooklyn, New York. 37-year-old Sarah Schick was tragically killed when she was hit by a box truck while riding a Citi Bike. Schick was hit on Ninth Street at Second Avenue, which residents have said is dangerous because a painted bike lane narrows to one shared with passenger vehicles. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
