Wrong-way crash caused by drunken driver

A tragic accident occurred on September 30 in San Antonio, Texas, when 37-year-old Justin Mangum was killed in a wrong-way crash. The crash happened about 3:15 a.m. in the 16300 block of Wurzbach Parkway near Starcrest Drive. Police said the other driver, Ruben Perez, was intoxicated and later charged with intoxication manslaughter. The incident is under investigation.
