Pedestrian dies in hit-and-run crash near Interstate 35 service road

A tragic accident occurred on March 14 in Lewisville, Texas, when 37-year-old Demarcus Gibbs was struck by a vehicle along the northbound service road near Interstate 35 and Arthurs Lane. He died from injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities said the driver fled the scene but later turned himself in and was charged. The investigation is ongoing.
