36-Year-Old Richard Massey Jr. Killed In Rochester, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, February 6th in Rochester, New York. 36-year-old Richard Massey Jr. was tragically killed when he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist on North Winton Road. Massey stopped his vehicle on North Winton Road to assist a minor car accident that involved a driver familiar to him.  Upon exiting his vehicle Massey was struck by a motorist involved in the initial collision. He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital where he tragically died from injuries sustained in the crash.  The driver fled, but investigators were able to identify and locate the vehicle responsible. The owner has not cooperated with police, as they work to determine if the crash was intentional.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
